Unfortunately, the first three tracks suffer most, with heavy handed drums on BANJO ON THE RUN and GHOST RIDERS, and an unnecessary steel on BLUE FIDDLE WALTZ. On the positive side there’s fine fiddle by the late Randy Howard, dobro by Rob Ickes, plus nice work by Don Rigsby, Jason Carter & Travis Alltop, and Rigsby is a good, solid banjo picker.
