Job Description
The Sales Associate at County Sales assists the Manager with executing all retail responsibilities including retail sales and customer service, phone and online sales, managing the online and in-store inventory and completing and mailing orders. Sales Associates will assist the Manager and Owner with projects designed to initiate new areas of business for County Sales.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Work retail hours in the County Sales store and serve customers
- Take phone orders
- Fulfill and package orders for shipping
- Update inventory in online system as assigned
- Ensure online products are consistent and cleanly organized
- Keep the physical store clean and well organized
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of and/or interest in American traditional music styles, specifically bluegrass, old time and early country music
- Relevant retail experience
- Available to work weekends
- Positive attitude
- Good communication with other employees and customers
- Courteous phone manners
- Attention to detail
- Good decision making
- Time management
- Self-motivation
- Computer skills and basic web browsing
