Little Black Train’s a Comin’ shows Riley Baugus continuing to grow as a musician despite his stature and middle age. Continuing to demonstrate his warm vocals and exceptional open-back banjo playing, While Riley includes plenty of well-known and more obscure traditional songs, he also covers John Lennon alongside Don Stover and Woody Guthrie and adds an original from Dirk Powell. Good stuff.
