Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

We will accept unopened merchandise for total refund or exchange, return postage to be paid by buyer.

Damaged merchandise will be replaced within 15 days of receiving order.  A postage-paid return envelope will be sent for the damaged product to be returned to County Sales.

Regarding opened, undamaged product - we can always guarantee the condition of the product but we cannot guarantee that you will like the music - therefore we cannot accept opened, undamaged product.
