RED RECTOR AND BILL CLIFTON 'Alive'

RED RECTOR AND BILL CLIFTON 'Alive'

  • $13.50

Recorded at a show in England in March of 1976, this is a fine set of songs & tunes featuring the inimitable Red Rector on mandolin & Bill Clifton on guitar. They sing mostly duets in the mode of the old brother duets, and Red picks about 5 mandolin solos among the 22-track show. A nice CD and a nice tribute to Rector, who died in 1990 at the early age of 60. SILENCE OR TEARS, REMEMBER ME, LITTLE ANNIE, ONE LITTLE WORD, LOVE & WEALTH, McKINLEY MARCH, 14 DAYS IN GEORGIA, etc.
