This West Coast duo --who have not been heard from in a while --have a very nicely produced album of 13 songs & tunes that range from straight Bluegrass to old-time to folk-flavored. Craig Smith (banjo), Mike Marshall and a few others help out on a nice program, with Liz Meyer's "BAD SEED" as probably the standout track. Other good cuts include WILLIE POOR BOY, OLD DAN TUCKER, SINCE YOU WENT AWAY and WILD ROSE OF THE MOUNTAIN
