This superb all instrumental recording was one of the early issues of the Mountain Home label (now part of Crossroads): why it was fairly quickly taken out of print has always been a mystery to us. But thankfully it's back and it is high on our list of recommended instrumental and gospel albums. Tony Rice fans will be amazed --but not surprised --at his lovely ideas, choice of notes, tone, dynamics and arrangements on these 12 great gospel classics. He gets excellent, tasteful support from David Johnson and Tim Surrett in this gem of an album.
