Bush and some musical friends perform about 16 or 17 pieces here, mostly instrumental and mostly original modern tunes, although there are versions of 8 MORE MILES TO LOUISVILLE and BRINGIN' IN THE GEORGIA MAIL. With Sam are Scott Vestal (banjo), Byron House (bass), Steve Mougin (guitar) and a drummer. The DVD was shot live at the Sierra Nevada Brewery in 2006 and the video quality is good. One of the best features of the disc is a series of extra segments in which Bush talks about the other musicians in his band, and then talks about the instruments he uses --he handles this in a relaxed, informative manner. Also included is a commercial video of RIVER'S GONNA RUN that he made with Emmylou Harris. Total time is over 2 hours.
