" For her 2nd album banjo picker Kristin Scott Benson gets a bit bolder in her choice of material with more contemporary tunes like FAR ENOUGH AWAY, TRYING TIMES and FREEDOM PARK, but these are nicely balanced with several more traditional tunes that Ms. Benson plays beautifully: SANDY RIVER BELLE, GREENCASTLE HORNPIPE and BUGLE CALL RAG. Kristin, who won the IBMA's "banjo picker of the year award", is nicely assisted by about a dozen excellent musicians including David Grier, Cody Kilby, Josh Williams, Jim Van Cleve and her husband Wayne Benson. Nice work.
