Dewey Brown, a solid young fiddler from Graham, N.C. has been a member of Ralph Stanley's Clinch Mountain Boys for the past year or so. On this, his first solo project, he is joined by Dr. Ralph (on 2 tracks) plus other members of the band (Steve Sparkman on banjo, Jack Cooke on bass, James Alan Shelton (guitar) and Nathan Stanley (mandolin) on a pleasant 14-track program that mainly features oft requested tunes such as ORANGE BLOSSOM SPECIAL, SALLY GOODIN, FADED LOVE, DOWN YONDER, FIRE ON THE MOUNTAIN etc
